These specific colors had to be used in this week’s challenge–transparencies and mixing of colors are not allowed and adding white and/or black is optional.  The subject theme is succulents.  This was a tricky challenge because I really kept wanting to add some more colors or variations and textures in the colors.  In the end, I’m happy with how it turned out, and liked pushing myself to use colors I might not have used otherwise.  My inspiration for this entire design was spirographs.  Succulents are often so geometric and I just kept thinking about spirographs. I wanted to incorporate both very geometrical shapes as well as more organic and loose shapes in the design.  Hope you like this succulent garden design!
